The main format is the General Spanish group course: 20 hours a week, four hours of class a day Monday to Friday, in groups of three to seven students, with course materials included in the price. Published rates put the group course at 750,000 COP. Private lessons run 80,000 COP an hour with bulk packages that discount up to around 12%, and are where the school handles specialised needs — business Spanish and DELE exam preparation are both taught one-on-one rather than in the group track. There is also a semi-private option for two people (10 hours of private class, 1,100,000 COP), an intensive package that stacks 20 group hours plus 10 private hours a week (1,500,000 COP), a semi-intensive version with five private hours (1,125,000 COP), and children's classes. Online one-on-one classes are available if you want to start before you arrive or keep going after you leave.

For visitors on a short trip, the school sells a one-day "Spanish Language and Culture" option — two private classes covering practical tourist Spanish, 160,000 COP. It also runs courses recognised for Bildungsurlaub, the German paid educational-leave scheme, at 20 group hours plus 10 private hours a week, which is worth knowing if your employer is in Germany.

English is a real strength here rather than an assumption: the school's own instructor profiles list advanced-to-expert English proficiency, and the website runs in both English and Spanish. Teachers are listed with a minimum of four years' experience and hold professional certifications, bachelor's or master's degrees.

Beyond class hours the school runs a student community with free weekly events — a language exchange and free salsa dance classes — and sells Spanish-plus-tour combinations including a bike tour, a Guatapé day and a violence/post-conflict history tour. The building has spacious classrooms plus a rooftop area, a café and a bar.
