El Parche del Chicharrón
A Saturday food festival built entirely around chicharrón, with restaurants such as Pigasus and El Social serving their own takes on the Paisa classic. Entry is free and dishes run about COP $25,000 each. It runs on consecutive Saturdays through early August, so there is more than one chance to go.
