Local orchestra El Son de Pablo plays a late-night set of salsa dura standards from El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Oscar D'León and Grupo Niche. It is a live-band salsa night rather than a DJ one, so the floor fills fast. Good for dancers of any level who want the classics played properly.
