San Pacho en Medellín 2026

The 28th edition of San Pacho in Medellín stretches over six weeks of Afro-Colombian and Chocoano culture organised by the city's Chocó diaspora. Programming includes art exhibitions, the 'El Color de la Palabra' poetry festival, an Afro fashion show, a Pacific-cuisine brunch and a two-day makers' fair. It peaks on 10 October with the traditional Desfile de Comparsas through the streets and an ancestral-music concert at Plaza Mayor.
