36th Medellín International Poetry Festival — Closing Day

The 36th edition of Latin America's best-known poetry festival wraps up on July 11 after a week of readings, dialogues, workshops and concerts under the theme "Hacia la Primavera Humana". This year's programme brought together more than 60 poets from over 30 countries across hundreds of free events. Readings happen in venues all over the city, and many are multilingual — a good, low-commitment way for newcomers to plug into Medellín's cultural life.
