Pueblito Paisa

A replica of an old Antioquian village on a hilltop, with a 360° view over the whole valley — a quick, easy stop.

The quick answer

A small replica of a traditional paisa village on top of Cerro Nutibara, worth it mainly for the 360° view over the whole city. A quick stop, best at sunset, easy to fold into an afternoon.

On top of Cerro Nutibara, a small hill near the center, sits a tidy replica of a traditional Antioquian town square — a little church, whitewashed houses, and cobbles. It’s touristy, but that’s not really why you come.

The reason to go

The draw is the 360° view: from the hilltop you see the whole Aburrá Valley spread out, the city climbing every slope. It’s one of the easiest panoramas to reach, and it’s lovely at sunset. There are a few craft stalls and a café for a coffee with the view.

Getting there

Easiest by taxi or Uber — it’s a short ride from El Poblado or Laureles, and the road climbs the hill most of the way. Give it an hour, ideally late afternoon.
