VegUp! Plant Based Fest 2026

Colombia's first fully plant-based restaurant festival, running for ten days across Medellín, Bogotá, Cali, Barranquilla and Tabio. Each participating kitchen builds its own signature bowl — vegetables, plant protein, a carb and a sauce — at a fixed $21,000 COP, with a premium option at $25,000. In Medellín the line-up includes Tulia Vegan Restaurant, Vegarden, Oh! Food, Vegan & Veggie, Shottas Medellín Vegan Food, Tartinorium and Veggie Kitchen. There is no central venue: you just show up at a participating restaurant or order delivery.
