Having held several building and subcontracting licenses as well as dozens of certifications from Kitchen design to specialty material installation. My focus these past 6 years has been buying, designing, remodeling, building in Medellin and the surrounding municipalities.. There really is no project we can’t do, but generally you’ll find us on large apartment remodels, building homes and buildings, or building out a new short term rental units. We also do onsite building, apartment and home inspections for clients purchasing homes in Colombia.
