Visa Type M - Partner or Owner (Business Visa)

If you are a foreigner seeking lucrative business opportunities in Colombia, whether it be establishing your own company or acquiring shares in an existing commercial organization, the Colombia Partner or Owner visa is tailor-made for you. This visa ensures seamless entry into the Colombian business landscape, providing a pathway for ownership and active involvement in the local entrepreneurial scene.
The Partner or Owner visa is valid for a period of 1 to 3 years. After 5 years, you can apply for the Resident visa (Type-R).
