Copy of the foreigner ID card – Cédula de Extranjería
For spouses or permanent partners:

a) A visa application letter endorsed by the Colombian spouse or partner supporting the Migrant visa, confirming the ongoing relationship and effective cohabitation, and providing precise contact details.
b) A copy of the Colombian ID.
c) A notarized special power of attorney granting the foreigner the authority to apply for the visa.

Obligations

For calculating accumulated time, continuity will be considered when a visa is granted before the expiration of the previous visa. A safe conduct (Salvocinducto) does not constitute a factor of continuity for the calculation of time accumulation.
